Chamfer Router Bits
Chamfer router bits cut clean angled edges, corner breaks and decorative bevels on wood, MDF, plywood and cabinet parts. They are one of the simplest ways to remove sharp edges or add a crisp detail to a finished piece.
Choose by chamfer angle, shank size, cutting diameter, bearing style and the amount of edge you want to remove. A small setup change can noticeably alter the width of the chamfer.
Use a steady feed direction, keep the router base flat and test depth on scrap before routing finished parts.
