CNC Spiral End Mills
CNC spiral end mills cut grooves, pockets, profiles and nested parts in wood, MDF, plywood and related panel materials. Spiral geometry helps control chip evacuation and edge finish when matched to the right feed and spindle speed.
Choose by shank size, cutting diameter, flute length, upcut or downcut direction, compression style and work material. Upcut tools clear chips well, downcut tools can protect the top edge, and compression tools are useful for laminated panels.
Set toolpath depth, feed rate and RPM conservatively, then adjust based on chip quality, edge finish and machine stability.
