🔁 Returns
1. Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 21 days of receiving your woodworking milling cutter.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
- Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or if items arrive damaged.
2. Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service team at sales@bitsrouter.com to start a return.
- We will guide you through the return process and issue an authorization if applicable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to damage or defects.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

❌ Cancellations
1. Before Shipping
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting sales@bitsrouter.com.
2. After Shipping
- Orders cannot be canceled after shipping. However, you may request a return once the item is delivered.

- Custom-made milling cutters are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
