Check the fit before ordering

1. Confirm that the 35 mm bore matches the arbor, spacer and guard arrangement on your machine. Do not rely on a nominal size alone.
2. Make sure the 125 mm diameter and required cutting depth fit the machine clearance and the workpiece design.
3. Confirm that a 3 mm slot matches the panel, spline or hardware that will sit in the groove.
4. If the product will be used on a CNC or saw setup, confirm the holder, spindle or arbor specification with the machine manual.

Setup and safe use

Secure the workpiece, use the correct guard and dust extraction, and start with a test cut in the same material. Use controlled passes and clear chips from the groove. Stop if the cut overheats, the material chips unexpectedly or the machine shows excessive vibration.
