Shipping
We ship most orders same day if placed by 2pm PST. There are some exceptions: if you’re ordering an engraving tool that needs to be tipped to your specific size, we will ship on the following day. Contact us if you need something faster.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal thru our secure checkout process.
You can return most new, un-used items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. If the return is a result of our error, we will cover the shipping cost. If the return is a result of buyer error, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide you with a prepaid return label which will be deducted from the refund.
Payment
Yes, we ship bits and small tools to Alaska and Hawaii via FedEx and US Priority Mail. Due to the rising cost of shipping, larger tools orders including Festool are now charged a flat rate shipping fee regardless of the free shipping threshold. For example, any product in a Systainer, dust extractor, saw or guide rail will add a shipping fee.
Returns
Due to our contract terms, we can only sell Festool inside the U.S. See www.festool.com for a distributor in your count
