Before Setup
Confirm that the 160 mm outside diameter, arbor arrangement, spindle capacity and guarding are suitable for your machine. Check the material thickness and the required joint geometry before setting the cutter. This is production tooling: it should be used only on a properly equipped machine with suitable guarding and work support.
Machining Tips
Set the cutter height and fence position using test stock first. Machine a short sample of each mating part, check the fit and make small adjustments before running finished drawer components. Keep stock supported, feed consistently and remove chips so the profile remains clean.
