TC5046 – Pocket Hole Jig Screws (M4-25 / ST4-25, 100 pcs)

Before Assembly

Match the screw type to the pilot hole, material thickness and joint layout. Test the screw in offcuts first so the head seats correctly without splitting the workpiece or breaking through the visible face.

Keep mating parts clamped while driving the screw and use a controlled driver setting. Do not over-tighten; a secure joint should not crush the wood fibres or strip the pilot hole.
