Built from durable 45# steel with a heat-resistant PTFE (Teflon) coating and sealed bearing (where applicable) to deliver smooth, chip-free grooves in hardwood, MDF and plywood.
Recommended spindle speed: 18,000–24,000 RPM; feed rate: 8–12 m/min (~26–39 ft/min).
