I142_09 Keyhole Cutter, 32mm Diameter, 6mm Thread

The I142_09 Keyhole Cutter creates keyhole-shaped mounting slots that let a workpiece drop over a screw head and slide into position. It is suited to wall-hung cabinets, mirrors, signs, frames and shop fixtures where concealed mounting and repeatable placement matter.

Before You Cut

Confirm that the 6 mm threaded connection matches your holder or spindle system. Set the slot position from the screw centreline, then test the depth and neck width on scrap. The opening must clear the screw head while the narrow section holds securely after the workpiece is lowered into place.

Routing Tips

Clamp the work securely and use a template, fence or programmed path to keep every slot aligned. Make a test cut first, clear chips between passes and check the final fit with the actual mounting screw before routing finished parts.
