Built from robust 45# steel with a heat-resistant PTFE (Teflon) coating to reduce resin build-up and friction.
A sealed bearing (where applicable) provides smooth tracking for clean, repeatable edges on solid wood, MDF, and plywood.
Recommended spindle speed: 18,000–24,000 RPM; feed rate: 8–12 m/min (~26–39 ft/min).
