Cut accurate tenons and shoulder cheeks for strong frame-and-panel or mortise-and-tenon joinery. Built from durable 45# steel with a heat-resistant PTFE (Teflon) coating to minimize resin build-up and friction.
Sealed bearings (where applicable) provide smooth tracking for repeatable results in solid wood, MDF, and plywood.
Recommended spindle speed: 18,000–24,000 RPM; feed rate: 8–12 m/min (~26–39 ft/min).
